These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern purchases and orders made with The Mana Pocket ("we," "us," or "our"), whether in our physical store, at themanapocket.com, at walkoffsc.com, or through any of our other online storefronts. We sell sports cards, trading card games (Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, and others), comics, and sealed product. Prices are based on current market data and may change at any time without notice. We make a good-faith effort to describe and photograph items accurately, including condition and grade, but condition assessments for raw (ungraded) cards and comics are inherently subjective — what we list is our best judgment, not a professional grading guarantee. Graded items are represented exactly as certified by the listed grading company (PSA, BGS, CGC, or similar); we do not alter or guarantee grades assigned by third-party graders.
Online orders are charged at checkout through Stripe. In-store purchases may be paid by cash, card, or other payment methods we accept at the time. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order if an item turns out to be unavailable, mispriced, or otherwise cannot be fulfilled — in that case we will notify you and issue a full refund for the affected item.
Shipping orders are calculated using real-time carrier rates at checkout and are shipped within the U.S. only. Once a package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage in transit, though we will do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier. Local pickup and meetup options (including our Federal Way Commons and Kitsap County arrangements) require coordinating a time with us directly. Optional text message program: if you separately check the optional SMS consent box, The Mana Pocket may send order, preorder, pickup, meetup, shipping, and customer-care text messages to the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies based on order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional, is not a condition of purchase, and checkout can be completed without opting in.
Unopened sealed product and raw singles may be returned within 7 days of purchase, in the same condition sold, for store credit or a refund at our discretion. Opened sealed product (packs, boxes, or cases once opened) is final sale. Graded cards, signed/autographed items, and custom or limited-run items (including numbered art prints) are final sale and not eligible for return. If an item arrives damaged or was misdescribed, contact us — we'll make it right on a case-by-case basis.
Offers made through our buylist ("sell to us") portal are estimates based on the information and photos you provide and are not final until we've inspected the item(s) in person. We reserve the right to adjust or decline an offer after inspection if an item's actual condition differs from what was described. Consignment terms (payout percentage, listing duration, and return-of-unsold-items policy) are agreed to separately with each consignor at intake.
If we submit an item to a third-party grading company on your behalf, grading turnaround times, fees, and outcomes are entirely determined by that grading company and outside our control. We are not responsible for a grading company's assessment, delays, or loss/damage while an item is in their possession.
Loyalty points and gift card balances have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted or revoked in cases of fraud or abuse. We may change or discontinue the loyalty program at any time; any points already earned will still be honored under the terms in effect when they were earned.
Entry fees for tournaments and in-store events are generally non-refundable once an event has started, except at our discretion (for example, an event we cancel or reschedule).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Mana Pocket is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item(s) in question.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
